Bank Holiday Updates September 2022

For the above bank holiday, we have made some changes to our timesheet submission deadline and phone call opening hours. 

Therefore, please make sure your timesheets arrive at the head office either by post to 92-96 Lind Road, Sutton, SM1 4PL or by email to: wages@a24group.com by the following date: 

Midday Friday 16th September for weekending 18th September to ensure payment on Friday 23rd September

We will be back to the normal deadline (Monday midday) from 26th September 2022

Phone line opening hours: - our normal phone line opening hours are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday 09:00 to 17:00, Friday 09:00 to 16:00 & closed on Wednesday 

Due to the bank holiday (as per above), please note the following changes to our phone line opening hours

Thursday 15th September 2022 09:00-12:00

Friday 16th September 2022 CLOSED

Monday 19th September 2022 CLOSED

Tuesday 20th September 2022 09:00-12:00

Wednesday 21st September 2022 CLOSED

Back to normal opening hours from Thursday 22nd September 2022 

Please note that the bank holiday hours and rates can be different for each client, we strongly suggest that you double-check with your consultant to ensure you are aware of when you will be paid the bank holiday rate.
